This Sunday, Randy's mom, Carol, and sister, Candice, had a beautiful baby shower for me in Detroit. Randy and I got so many beautiful gifts for the baby - it was really a wonderful party! The shower was at the Ukrainian Culture Center in Warren, MI. My mom came and picked me up in Grand Haven and we drove to Detroit for the afternoon. It was great to see everyone at the shower, and I was so touched by their kind wishes and their generosity! It was a very special day!
