Our Easter Vacation in Tuscany

We had such a wonderful vacation in Tuscany over Easter. We felt like we were in heaven. Everything was so breathtakingly beautiful and picturesque. We stayed in a small and ancient village called Montalcino. We stayed at the most charming little apartment on a vineyard and olive grove/farm. We stayed in one of three apartments there and it was perfect for us and Samuel. Every night we had cooking lessons in our apartment and got to learn how to make homemade pasta and other great Italian dishes. We saw so many beautiful sites, sampled lots of local wine, went to a church that was built from 1000 - 1400 A.D. and just had the best time. We highly recommend this area of Italy and the apartment we stayed at if you ever travel to Europe. The apartment was called La Casella of Montalcino.

Samuel was a wonderful traveler again. He was great on the plane rides and he loved being outside every day. He had a great time, and he really loved the Italian women. He is such a flirt! It is too bad he won't remember any of this, but we will be able to show him lots of great pictures of where he has been.
