Samuel's first trip to the zoo

Since we have been home from Tuscany, we have worked, of course, and hung out with our good friends, Simon & Steffi Merget and Dirk & Xandra Elbert, and their new son Hendrik. I have also been taking Samuel to the park near our apartment during the week. He has loved being outside in this great weather, and he loves looking at other kids. When he comes into contact with another baby or young child he smiles and wants to play with them.

We took Samuel to the Frankfurt Zoo this Sunday. This is the first time he has been to a zoo, and we think he really liked it! We saw lots of great animals: lions, tigers, bears, camels, monkeys, seals, giraffes, zebras, hippos and many more. Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.
